In the latest episode of “Baylen’s Bites” from the “Baylen Out Loud” series, star Baylen Levine and her fiancé, Colin, embarked on a full-blown “food truck adventure”. Their goal was not just to satisfy their hunger, but also to scout for unique dishes—and possibly find a contender for… their very own wedding menu.

Stop 1: The Korean Flavor Explosion

The couple’s first stop was a Korean food truck, where they kicked off their culinary journey with a massive spread. They ordered “Bulgogi loaded tater tots,” “Crispy Korean cheese rolls,” and a “Jumbo Korean mozzarella corn dog”.

The dishes quickly earned high praise:

• Loaded Tots: The tots, covered in bulgogi and a “white barbecue sauce”, were deemed “absolutely amazing” by Colin, who gave them a 10/10 rating.
• Mozzarella Corn Dog: This was a massive hit, impressing with its crispy exterior and a spectacular “cheese pull”, earning it a 12/10.

Next, the pair moved on to the “Flavor Hive” truck, which served unique “walking tacos”. This dish was served directly inside a bag of snack chips, topped with chicken, fresh cucumbers, cheese, and the truck’s two special sauces: a “white sauce” (yogurt-based) and the “hive sauce” (sweet and tangy).

Baylen was completely won over, exclaiming she was “in heaven”. She also openly declared the dish “a serious contender for our wedding”.

Stop 3: Venezuelan Cheese and a Cinnamon Challenge

To finish their adventure, the couple sought out a Venezuelan food truck for dessert. They tried “tequeños” (fried cheese sticks), a “tres leches” cake, and “quesillo” (a Venezuelan flan).

• Tres Leches: Baylen revealed she has a “bodily reaction” to cinnamon, but decided to risk a bite anyway. While she loved the taste, she had to pass the rest to Colin.
• Tequeños: The cheese sticks were rated as “really good”, although Baylen disliked the accompanying cilantro sauce.
• Quesillo (Flan): The final dessert was not as well-received, with Colin admitting he was “not the biggest fan of the texture”.
