Heartbreaking and Inspiring: Baylen Dupree Reveals How Her Tics Change When She’s Without Her Support Dog

Baylen Dupree continues to maintain full transparency about the reality of her life with Tourette syndrome.

On Tuesday, Feb. 3, she shared a compilation of two videos she filmed at the airport. The first of the clips saw Dupree, 23, sitting by a gate while holding her dog, Fluffy. As she gently stroked the small, white pet — who perched on her owner’s lap in a pink sweater — the social media star looked relaxed and exhibited few of the verbal and motor tics with which she struggles.

In overlaying text, she explained that the video demonstrated “how my tics are with fluffy vs. without her.” In the following footage, Dupree sat alone and evidence of her Tourette syndrome was more noticeable.

In addition to sharing with her 2.5 million followers on Instagram and 11.5 million on TikTok, the content creator has welcomed cameras into her home on TLC’s Baylen Out Loud. The show follows her effort to contain her tics and overcome other mental health difficulties, like her obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The reality series also spotlights Dupree’s relationship with her parents, siblings and fiancé Colin Dooley. Their recently wrapped sophomore season saw the young couple navigate life along the road to marriage. Months after their engagement in February 2025, the TikToker told PEOPLE that she’d been looking forward to her wedding day since she was just a little girl.
